Viewing alert statuses

To view the status of an alert:

  1. In the main window, click the Alerts icon. The Alert status window opens.

  2. Select one of the following status tabs:

    Status tab Description
    Active Click to view all currently active alerts. The symbol, condition, date/time activated, and note (if applicable) will be displayed.

    Note: a maximum of 50 alerts can be active at one time.
    Triggered Click to view the date and time at which all price, volume, or 52 week high or low alerts were sent using your specified notification method. 

    To reactivate a triggered alert, click the icon.
    Cancelled Click to view any alerts that have been cancelled or have expired. Alerts can be cancelled manually or automatically by the platform. 

    To reactivate a cancelled alert, click the  icon.

    Note: some active alerts will be cancelled automatically by the platform. For example, an alert for an option contract that has expired will be cancelled and moved to the Cancelled tab automatically.
