Sorting your bracket orders

By default, orders are sorted by the time placed column (in descending order from newest to oldest).
However, orders can be sorted based on any visible column. If you're placing multiple bracket orders for the same symbol, it may be useful to sort the data based on the bracket ID.

To sort your bracket orders:

  1. In the main toolbar, click Account to open the Account window.

  2. Click the Orders tab and select Orders. Then choose one of the pre-set date ranges (1, 5, 10, 30, 60, or 90 days), or select Range to specify a custom time period.

  3. In the top right corner of the window, click  and select Edit columns. The Edit columns window opens.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the window, and select Bracket ID. Use the Move up and Move down buttons to modify where the column appears. Then click OK.

In this example, we moved the Bracket ID column in between the Status and Action columns. By using the Bracket ID column, you can easily differentiate which components belong to a specific order.
